5. Subscription and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. A seven (7) day grace period may apply. Renewal is effective as of the original due date. Fees are non‑refundable after any cancellation period.

• b. Services are provided "AS‑IS." We assume no liability for delays, deletions, or failure to store communications.
• c. Automatic renewal authorizes charges for fees and applicable taxes.

8. Geographical Scope

9. Restricted Countries for Services

Due to legal and regulatory restrictions, Nuvix does not provide Services to users in the following jurisdictions:

• i. U.S. or U.N. Sanctioned Countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions;
• ii. Crypto Prohibited: China, Algeria, Bangladesh, Nepal, Iraq, and Morocco;
• iii. Gambling Prohibited: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates (outside free zones), Indonesia, Pakistan, and Malaysia;
• iv. Any other jurisdiction where compliance is not feasible or Services are unlawful.

Accessing Services from these locations is prohibited. We may block or terminate accounts using VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions. Subscriptions from restricted countries may be canceled without refund.

10. Our Duties

• a. Not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g. disasters, strikes, government actions).

27. No Waiver

Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.

28. Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought individually, not as class actions unless both parties agree.

29. Media Contact

Unauthorized media statements about Nuvix are prohibited without prior written consent.

30. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

31. Dispute Resolution

1. Executives negotiate disputes within two days of notice.
2. If unresolved within ten days, disputes go to Wyoming courts for binding resolution.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policies, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements.

33. Non‑Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

34. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.

35. Predominant Language

The English version of these Terms prevails in case of conflict with translations.

36. Counterparts

These Terms may be executed in counterparts, including electronic, each of which is an original.
