5 Subscription and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. A seven (7) day grace period may apply. Renewal is effective as of the original due date. Fees are non-refundable after any cancellation period.

24 Indemnities by Customer

• You indemnify Nuvix and iEvolution Pro LLC against any claims arising from your use of our analysis for trading or gambling activities
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your participation in or promotion of business opportunities

25 Termination

We may terminate your subscription for harmful or fraudulent activities, legal violations, violation of MLM regulations, or at our discretion.

26 Force Majeure

• Not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g. disasters, strikes, government actions)
• We will notify you and use reasonable efforts to resume performance

27 No Waiver

Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.

28 Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought individually, not as class actions unless both parties agree.

29 Media Contact

Unauthorized media statements about Nuvix or iEvolution Pro LLC are prohibited without prior written consent.

30 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

31 Dispute Resolution

• Executives negotiate disputes within two days of notice
• If unresolved within ten days, disputes go to Wyoming courts for binding resolution

32 Entire Agreement

These Terms, including our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Availability & Compliance Policy, and Privacy Policies, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements.

33 Non-Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

34 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.

35 Predominant Language

The English version of these Terms prevails in case of conflict with translations.

36 Counterparts

These Terms may be executed in counterparts, including electronic, each of which is an original.
